Our company has always grown grapes for our Balsamic Vinegar, but at the Osteria my great-great-grandfather always sold our wine. We offer 3 wines, not because we can only produce 3, but because we believe this is the best solution for the raw materials available to us, with the aim of producing the very best from our land.
