Made from the ancient Ruggine grape variety, now nearly extinct. Its name comes from the color of the ripe berries, which are a translucent yellow with rust-colored speckles. Fresh and vibrant, it offers aromas of fresh fruit and citrus, along with a delicate bitter almond finish, typical of the variety. Perfect with delicate first courses or cheeses.
